The Australian Scenics website provides advertising, design, publishing, corporate and other direct clients with immediate and secure access to our screen resolution images. If you need professional quality Australian images this site is for you. Our website is password protected to minimise the risk of unauthorised use of our images. Passwords can be applied for online. By logging in with your password you can view and download screen resolution previews for use in your layouts. If you subsequently decide to use an image in the public domain our office arranges the licensing and sends you a copy of the master file, either on disc or via email as a compressed jpeg. These high res files are ideal for high quality print reproduction. Our images are grouped into the following categories: The online database makes it easy to locate images by various criteria, namely: Category, State and Keywords. To assist there is a list of keywords that find images. If you are an imaging professional with a commercial use for our images we invite you to apply for a password by filling out the Application Form. All information is strictly for our own records and will not be made available to any other parties. You don't need a password to search the files and view the small thumbnails, only to access our large preview images. Click here if you'd like to see some example images. As with other rights controlled image libraries we base our licensing fees on the intended use. See How Prices are Determined for more details. When you see an image you like, tell us how you plan to use it, i.e., the medium, the reproduction size, region, print run, duration, etc., and we'll quote you a price based on that information. You can phone, fax or email us for a price and we'll get straight back to you. We understand deadlines and the need for a quick response. Our quotes serve as licensing agreements, outlining the reproduction rights, the fees and the terms. If you are satisfied with our agreement simply sign and fax it back to us. We then dispatch the high res files to you. Our master files (RGB or CMYK) are normally supplied unsharpened. This leaves you free to resize them, combine them with other images, or make any other changes before applying the final sharpening, which is best left until after the image has been sized. If you prefer, we can size the images for you and apply the appropriate sharpening. Read more about our high res scans. Every use of each image is recorded to avoid potential conflicts. Reproduction rights are normally negotiated on a one-year industry exclusive basis. If you need a longer term of exclusivity, total exclusivity, or unlimited use of an image over a specific time, we do our best to oblige. We can accept payment by Visa, Bankcard or MasterCard.
